Dirt Day 5-12-10

Wow, what to say? I was so tired when I went out to work today I didn't think I would be able to do anything, but I did a little, I planted around 19 tomato plants, I mixed a big load of plaster, uncovered the pods and put the one load of plaster on, then I switched to cleaning up some again because the belt came off of the mixer again, and somebody (DUH) forgot to get a new belt the other day, imagine that!!!! Then I decided to uncover the big wall so I could fill bags there, but by the time I uncovered it and got everything moved around and ready to go it was late and I was parboiled as well. When I was taking the plastic off of the big wall I found a snake skin, I stretched it out and took a picture and left it there because I thought the wind would blow it away, and it didn't and every time I walked by it I thought it was a snake, DUH! I drilled the re-bar hole in the next stair, and put it and the big hammer where it will go so that when I get there I will remember to put the stair in, everything is ready and it won't be so hot in the am so I am really hoping to get er done in the am, if the Almighty is willing, I will get out there first light in the am and lay that row of bags and maybe plaster it, but will have to mix plaster the hard way and don't think I will have time. Then after I am finished I will cover it up again, but once it is plastered and I start laying bags a lot, I will probably leave the house uncovered, it is very time consuming to keep moving plastic, and it looks ugly too, and I wouldn't have to worry about critters being under the plastic either. God bless. Ozarkmoma
