Happy dirt day to all! Sorry it has been so long since my last posting. Things have come up to keep me from working on the house, normal. But, this was a good thing. Madison brought the bull dozer out to do some clearing for me, but he got busy with other things, showed me how to make it move, and left it full of diesel and the key in the ignition. Yee haw!!! I love the bull dozer, the bhoe is great, but the dozer is awesome.!!!
This is where the small pond is, the one that I barely had a little spot of to fish out of. Long Story! Anyway, I decided to go ahead and build my road on the easement where it is supposed to be, and I needed a lot of dirt in order to fill in the gully and build up the road, so, there is a big hole there that I am hoping will fill with water someday and become a pond.
This is during the dirt work, you can see the road behind the trees now, I am not sure of the dates all of this occurred because I have been working a lot at my regular job, on night shift and my system is all upside down now, if that makes any since.
This is what it looks like now, the trees in the middle will either rot or burn someday, it is hard to see the big hole, but it is at least 12 foot deep, and I don't know how wide, it is also on the other side of the trees too. It is one of those things where you would have to see it to know, that is before and after, also I have some cleared areas behind the mobile mansion where I hope to develop a fruit orchard and vineyard someday, and use the big pond to irrigate it.

And last, but certainly not least!! My youngest daughter graduated college on the 14th of May, 2011. She has beat the odds just as her older sister has and they are both college graduates now. I couldn't ask for better daughters. I love them both and I am very proud of them. Now I will go back to work on the house, next Sunday I will start plastering again, and I will brace the large log so that before I start repairing that wall I will know it won't fall on me, or at least it will fall slowly enough I will be able to move! Until next time, may God bless you all. Ozarkmoma
