Happy dirt day everyone. I have been busy this week, but, unfortunately I was not able to finish the sun room and buttresses as I had wanted too. Monday, I put a load of plaster on.
When I ran out of plaster I stacked bags of dirt behind the log, and they are really sturdy which surprised me. A good surprise though. I also put another row of bags on the seat on the outside of the wall.
I think that is all I did on Monday. I came in exceedingly exhausted. The heat wave is still on going.
Tuesday I put dirt in 12 bags, and in my buckets I had something to do, so I tried to prepare as much as possible for Wednesday, in hopes that I would get a lot done if I had my bags and buckets ready to go.
I also moved some of my stuff around and laid out my bottles to see what I have to work with, this is all I had down there, I have a lot more at the mobile mansion. I also have big pickle jars that Simon and Christin gave me inside the white tub. There are 5 Crown Royal bottles, I plan on putting cob around them in the shower area, I think they will look like glass block when I am finished.
I also set up a new dirt screening area. Two of the dogs thought I did it for them.
He likes the freshly screened dirt. This dirt is for plaster.
Yesterday I laid a couple of rows on the far curve of the sun room, where the shower will be someday.

This is the inside.
Last thing I did yesterday before the heat drove me in, I put dirt in bags, but it was too hot to  put dirt in the buckets. Today it was lightning and threatening to rain and storm for most of the day. The lightning kept me inside, and by the time it quit, it was too hot to work outside. So, sadly that is all that got done this week. I will probably have some of the grandchildren next week. Hopefully they will help me a little. Until next week. God bless you all. Ozarkmoma
